Colonial HealthCare Inc. (CHC) is the oldest third party administrator operating in Maryland. Located in Lanham Maryland, with offices in Pittsburgh and Norristown, Pennsylvania, we have been providing third party administration services to employers, health maintenance organizations and other payers for over twenty-five years.   In addition to Flexible Spending Account (FSA) services, CHC also provides brokerage, consulting, health care claims payment services and workers compensation services to employers and health maintenance organizations.

Claims may be faxed or mailed to our processing center and all claims are processed within one week of receipt to ensure rapid turnaround.  Employers may choose to offer a debit card to their employees to hasten the reimbursement of funds from the account.

Our state of the art call center tracks all incoming correspondence including voice, fax and e-mail communications to a single customer record.  Thus a complete history of all customer communications is always available to a service representative.  Our newest technology has added a new level of customer service to assist our customers.  Through the use of co-browsing, CHC is able to assist an on-line customer in the completion of any of our forms.  This same technology offers web-chat to our customers for quick responses to questions.

CHC also provides its customers with the latest Internet and telecommunication vehicles for checking claims, fund balances, to enroll or to simply communicate with us.  We have attempted to make service available to our clients when and where they decide to have it delivered.  Our stand alone web site (fsaontheweb.com) is specifically designed for our FSA clients.
